the production of this project took place over an entire semester, as it was a personal project. i started by researching photography books and sketching layouts that i could use on the pages. then, i looked through some of the photos that i had already taken and picked out some of the themes i found interesting to be the section subjects. i took all of the photos in about a month's time and laid them out based on how many images were in a set and how they fit with my layout sketches. finally, i had several versions printed in order to determine how i wanted the final product to look on display.
