i’m a photographer with a focus on close-up, detail-driven imagery that often blurs the line between abstraction and recognition. a lot of my work centers on capturing subjects at a distance that makes them feel unfamiliar at first, encouraging a slower, more intentional way of looking. 
i’m drawn to textures and small details that might otherwise go unnoticed, using composition and framing to shift how they're  perceived. i’m also inspired by ambiguity, images that aren't  immediately clear and require a second look. i like working with the contrast between sharp and soft, more organic or “blobby” forms, as well as incorporating vivid colors to create visual interest, which is why i tend to like capturing nature and portraits the most.
